We will pick up samples from your lab, and return data to you the same day, saving you valuable time to concentrate on your chemistry.

We routinely acquire NMR data that a chemist typically needs. They include, but are not limited to

1D 1H, 13C, 31P, 19F spectra

1D 1H selective decoupling data

1D NOE

variable temperature data, from 5°C to 130°C

13C DEPT

2D 1H-1H COSY, 1H-1H NOESY

2D 1H-13C HSQC, 1H-13C HMBC

With longer turn-around time, we conduct research level data acquisition

1D spectra of 11B, 29Si, 23Na, or any other NMR active nuclei

NMR data sets of very limited quantity material (HMBC data with 20 µg of compound with M.W. about 500)

2D or 3D solution NMR data sets of proteins

Solid state NMR data

We will also provide data analysis upon request. For example, spectral assignment, J-coupling constant calculation, stereochemistry determination.

Instruments used: Varian 400MHz and Varian 500 Unity Inova. Usage of 600MHz or 750MHz instrument can be arranged when there is a need for it.
